This site is a personal project documenting murals I've seen while biking around the city. It's been brewing in my mind for some time but is only justifiable recently, since AI makes it so much easier to move from conceptual idea to implementation.

I took most of these photos in 2023 while completing the Wandrer map for Baltimore. At the time I was not aiming for completeness in mural coverage, but instead largely just stopped for the murals that especially interested me.

I am using this site as motivation for more comprehensive coverage as well as a learning project. Tracking down the history of particular murals often puts me down rabbit holes with particular artists or historical topics, which I've found to be informative and enjoyable.
